How Do I Set Up Auto-Replies for SMS?

Configure automatic SMS replies from the Message IQ app or a HubSpot workflow.

You can configure automatic replies for scenarios like after-hours messages or specific trigger conditions. There are two ways to set this up:

Option 1: Message IQ Web App

Configure business hours and auto-response rules from the Message IQ web application at app.smartramp.com under account settings.

Option 2: HubSpot Workflow

Build a HubSpot workflow triggered by the Message IQ Reply property or a time-based enrollment condition, then add a Message IQ step to send the automated response.
