Is Message IQ HIPAA-Compliant?
Message IQ provides a BAA for HIPAA-covered entities on request.
Message IQ supports covered entities under HIPAA through a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). The BAA is available and incorporated by reference for eligible customers.
If your organization is a HIPAA-covered entity or business associate:
- Review your specific SMS use case with legal counsel before transmitting any protected health information (PHI)
- Request the Message IQ BAA before any PHI is sent through the platform
