How Do I Manage Multiple Client Accounts (Agencies)?
Agencies can manage all client accounts from a single Message IQ login.
If you manage Message IQ on behalf of multiple clients, you can view and navigate between client accounts directly from the Message IQ web application at app.smartramp.com.
From there, you can switch between accounts, manage settings, and monitor activity for each client without separate logins.
