What Are the Auto-Created HubSpot Properties and Lists?

Message IQ sets up HubSpot properties and lists automatically on connection.

When you connect Message IQ to HubSpot, the integration automatically creates a set of custom contact properties and active lists. These are designed to support reporting and workflow setup from day one, without manual configuration.

Key auto-created properties include:

  • Message IQ Reply — tracks whether a contact has replied to a message (Yes/No)
  • Message Received Content — stores the body of the most recent inbound message
  • Message IQ Opt-Out — set to "Yes" when a contact opts out

These properties can be used in HubSpot workflows, lists, and reports just like any native HubSpot property.
