How Do I Send SMS from a HubSpot Contact Record?
Send and view text conversations directly from the contact record in HubSpot.
Once Message IQ is connected to HubSpot, you can send and receive text messages from any contact record using the Message IQ CRM card.
The CRM card displays the full two-way conversation history with that contact. From it, you can:
- Send a new message
- Reply to inbound messages
- Insert saved message templates
- View delivery status for each message
All messages are logged to the contact's timeline automatically.
