What HubSpot Data Does Message IQ Store?
Message IQ stores only name, email, and phone number from HubSpot contacts.
Message IQ stores only the minimum contact data needed to operate the service:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
No other HubSpot contact properties are stored. Message metadata (message content, delivery status, timestamps) is stored separately to power conversation history and reporting.
