How Do I Use Message IQ in HubSpot Workflows?

Trigger personalized SMS inside HubSpot workflows with Message IQ.

Message IQ supports HubSpot workflow automation, allowing you to send personalized SMS messages as part of any automated sequence. Note: it supports workflows but not HubSpot sequences (the sales sequences tool).

To add SMS to a HubSpot workflow:

  1. Open a workflow in HubSpot
  2. Add a new action step
  3. Select Message IQ from the available apps
  4. Write your message body or reference a saved template, using personalization tokens as needed
