Creating templates:
Templates are created and managed from the Message IQ web application at app.smartramp.com.
Using templates in the inbox:
When replying to a message, insert a saved template directly from the reply composer.
Using templates in workflows:
Templates can be referenced in HubSpot workflow steps to personalize automated messages at scale.
