Can I Keep My Existing Phone Number?
Most customers can keep their existing number with Message IQ handling the texting.
In most cases, yes. Many voice providers support number splitting, which allows Message IQ to handle the messaging portion of a phone number while your existing voice provider continues to handle voice calls. The number stays the same.
Some voice providers do not support number splitting. If yours does not, we can suggest alternatives that do.
