Does Our ERP Integration Team Need to Be at the Kickoff?
ERP team attendance at kickoff is not required, but coordination later in the project helps.
Not typically at the kickoff itself, but having them involved at some point helps avoid overlapping work and keeps both teams aligned as the project progresses. We will flag when their participation becomes useful.
