The Message IQ inbox includes tools for managing your conversation queue efficiently.
Inbox filters:
- Unread — messages you have not yet seen
- Unreplied — messages waiting for a response
- Sent — outbound messages
- Starred — conversations you have flagged for follow-up
- Closed — resolved conversations
Conversation actions:
- Star: Prioritize a conversation for follow-up
- Close: Archive a resolved conversation to keep your queue clean
- Mark unread: Flag a message to return to it later
Other inbox features:
